Dr. Neighbours comes to Istari with many years of industry experience working for companies and organizations. Prior to joining our team in June 2020, Dr. Neighbours worked at North Carolina’s Regulatory Affairs Forum (NCRAF) as a lecturer and VP of Programs. Prior to that she was a course developer and chapter author at Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). Dr. Neighbours has served as an independent regulatory consultant and sits on the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy’s Certificate Advisory Board.
Dr. Neighbours received her PhD from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Microbiology and Immunology with her dissertation being about the protective and pathologic roles of toll-like receptors in arthritogenic alphavirus infections.
